Enrollment and withdrawal procedures
Registration
- A potential student must apply in writing to the Principal of the
CDTC asking to be considered for registration.
- A student will be notified of the Principal.s decision within two
[2] weeks of such decision being made.
- A student on enroling in a programme of study must complete a
Registration Form provided by the CDTC. The student will be issued with a
.Student ID Number. and this must be quoted in all correspondence between
the student and the CDTC.
Progression in a Course
- A student must re-enrole each semester for the duration of the
programme. A student must have completed the first stage of a programme
before continuing on to a higher stage. Exceptions to this will only be
considered on a case by case basis and must be approved by the Principal of
the CDTC.
Withdrawal
- A student must inform the Programme Coordinator of his/her
intention to withdraw from a module by completing a .Student Withdrawal
Form. and must return all books, equipment and materials issued by the CDTC
relevant to that module. (See Assessment rules relating to withdrawal from
a module.)
- A student must inform the Programme Coordinator of his/her
intention to withdraw from the programme by completing a .Student
Withdrawal Form. and must return all books, equipment and materials issued
by the CDTC.
- A student may be barred from further enrolment if he/she withdraws
without informing the Programme Coordinator.
- A student will be deemed to have withdrawn from the programme if
he/she fails to attend five consecutive classes without prior notification
to the Programme Coordinator.
