How do I connect to my shared drives?

 

  1. Open Windows Explorer:  Windows Key + E

 

  1. Go to Tools -> Map Network Drive.  You will see this screen:

 

 

  1. If you want to add your Windows Share:
    1. Change the drive to P:
    2. Change the folder to be \\tihe1\personal share\<user name>. 

Example:  \\tihe1\personal share\mtupo40

    1. Make sure that the “Reconnect at logon” checkbox is checked.
    2. Click on Finish.

 

  1. If you want to add your Linux Share:
    1. Change the drive to X:
    2. Change the folder to be \\tihe0\<user name>. 

Example:  \\tihe0\ mtupo40

    1. Make sure that the “Reconnect at logon” checkbox is checked.
    2. Click on Finish.

 

  1. You will now see your drive in Windows Explorer.  If you don’t see it, refresh it by going to View -> Refresh.
